Swing Summary
The following will help to understand the total swing.
- Stiff left and firm right arm. Tension in legs.
- Weight transfer to right leg, ready to push off. Back towards hole.
- Staying down behind the ball. Weight moves over. Left arm straight
and right hand close in to body, pushed through by elbow. Back of left
wrist facing target.
- Weight transfer complete. Clubhead square with maximum velocity. Left
shoulder high.
- Turning it over and staying down. Left side stiff.
- All the way through, poised.
